why do i call our team "wave 3"?
that's because we're a group consisting mainly staff & students from Singapore Polytechnic's Campus Crusade for Christ (SPCCC) who'll be going as SPCCC's leadership team (instead of Gen 12ii mission like the previous 2 teams!)
